Here is Johnny with his hot and blue guitar. This is a classic Johnny Cash album the date still not pinpointed but definitely in the 60's, recorded on Sun Records LP-1220 in stereo. This is the follow up version of the much sought after "mono' album produced previously. The cover does have a four inch split in the seams at the bottom of the cover but overall it's in great shape with little sign of aging. The highly sought after Sun label is in pristine condition as well as the vinyl itself, it is as if it had never been touched. There are great songs like, I WALK THE LINE, FOLSOM PRISON, THE ROCK ISLAND LINE and much more. Backing up Johnny on this album is guitarist Luther Perkins and bass player Marshall Grant supplying that strong country beat that never lags.
Paul Revere & The Raiders vinyl album on Columbia Records in 1967, Mono KCL 2662 with the original photo booklet. The cover is showing it's age a bit as some of the white areas of the graphics on the front and back have browning age spots. The edges are intact in spite of the aging. The original booklet is still in the cover as seen in the photos. The most important component is that the album itself shows no sign of aging! It's amazingly clean. Truly a steal for a blast from the past. You'll be dancing around the house to tunes like, LOUIE,LOUIE, KICKS, STEPPIN OUT, HUNGRY, JUST LIKE ME etc...
This way fun Turtles album "Golden Hits" on White Whale Records WW115 is in Mono and shows up on the scene in 1967. The cover is in great condition and shows the slightest bit of browning & age spots on the back... well it is old! The actual vinyl is in excellent pristine condition - the label clean as a whistle. It doesn't get better than this if your searching for the real thing...
The Best of The Beach Boys Vol. 2 is a Starline-Capital Record, DT2706 and was recorded in stereo in 1967. File this one under "teens" as the pleasing sound of the Beach Boys bring you back again with songs like, SURFIN SAFARI, I GET AROUND, DON'T WORRY BABY, HELP ME RHONDA, CALIFORNIA GIRLS and more! The cover is in great condition with little sign of aging, ( I mean a little!) The album does have a couple of surface scratches not uncommon for a record this old and useful! It still plays beautifully and is appropriatly priced.
Best of The Beach Boys Vol.1 is another classic laden album recorded on Capital Records DT 2545 in stereo for your phonograph. The cover is in good condition showing some wear and tear on the readable border, the back is ghosted by the LP. But of course what really matters is what's inside and the vinyl is in A-1 condition - just like new! This is a high Fidelity recording holding such hits as, FUN,FUN,FUN, CATCH A WAVE, SURFER GIRL & LOUIE, LOUIE. So grab your surf boards, Chevy and don't forget your favorite girl for a listen.
Here is Marvin Gaye's exotically hip and steamy record "I Want You" a Motown Album made by Tamla Records T6-342S1 in 1976. The edges of it's cover is slightly worn, it does not take away from the original artwork captured in the dancing graphics by Ernie Barnes. There is average wear and tear to the cover but all in all it's in excellent shape for an album this old. The record vinyl is beautifully clean and ready to play and dance to. The LP and the label all look like new! A milestone LP for Marvin Gaye and Motown Records.
